What’s a redirect-redirect mean when I create a landing page?

The landing page redirect is a VERY powerful feature that allows you to re-redirect the guest after x amount of seconds spent on a landing page. This allows you to sell a hybrid type of a hotspot plan to your clients.

As an example: If you sell your hotspot services and part of you plan features is to redirect guests to a venue’s website, then you would lose out on the opportunity to earn revenues from advertisements on the landing pages. The redirect URL and timer allows you to get the best of both worlds! You can redirect the user from their splash/captive portal to an Ads4WiFi landing page, display advertising to them, and after the selected number of seconds, the guest would be redirected again, to the venue’s website.

NOTE: We do not recommend setting the timer to anything LESS than 15 seconds. Many advertisers will want a guaranteed 15 second view in order for you to get paid for the ad.
