Supported Ad Formats

The Ads4WiFi platform support different Ad types displayed in different formats. Definitions and examples are provided below.

Overlay AdSpace

The Overlay format will present the AdSpace on top of the Landing Page for the configured amount of time before the user can click to close the AdSpace.

1. Image Banner: If an image is used the AdSpace will present the image uploaded to the platform and can be linked to a website, email, or phone number.
2. Video Banner: If an video is used the  AdSpace will autoplay the video at muted volume and can be linked to a website, email or phone number.

Inline AdSpace

The Inline format will present the AdSpace on the Landing Page where it is placed as part of the content of the page.

1. Image Banner: If an image is used the AdSpace will present the image uploaded to the platform and can be linked to a website, email or phone number.
2. Video Banner: If an video is used the AdSpace will autoplay the video at muted volume and can be linked to a website email or phone number.
3. HTML Banner: If an HTML AdSpace is used the HTML content will be displayed as entered.

Upload Limits

• Picture
  1. The image will be displayed using the resolution configured during upload of the image to the Banner.
  2. Maximum supported resolution 1920×1080
  3. Image Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
  4. Maximum upload: 20MB
• Video
  1. The video will be displayed using the resolution configured during upload of the video to the Banner.
  2. Maximum supported resolution: 1920×1080
  3. Video Formats: FLV, MP4 and WEBM
  4. Maximum upload: 20MB
