Member-Level Dashboard: Full Overview

The Member-Level dashboard for the Ads4WiFi Media Network is where venues (who offer guest WiFi) and MSPs (who manage guest WiFi networks on behalf of multiple clients) can create ‘Listings‘ that Advertisers of the Media Network make ‘Offers‘ on to advertiser their brands/products on these available guest WiFi networks.

  • Simply put: The purpose of a ‘Member’ of the Media Network is to list their available guest WiFi networks on a public-listed library to entice advertisers/ad agencies to advertise on these networks via WiFi-Ad creatives.

There are three main components/tools of the Member-Level dashboard that a Member-user needs to become familiar with to make the most opportunities of the Media Network:

  1. Adding/Importing Hotspots: Located under the ‘Network‘ tab on the left-hand-side menu, the ‘Hotspots’ tool is where Member users add/import all of their active WiFi Hotspots. Please see the support article, “Adding/Importing Hotspots for the Media Network” for further details on the ‘Hotspots’ tool.
  2. Creating/Editing a Listing: Located under the ‘Listings‘ tab on the left-hand-side menu, the ‘Listings Library’ tool is where a Member user creates, edits, and withdraws listings that are added to the Media Network’s Listing Library.

One of the key components of creating a listing is the assigning of Hotspots (each venue’s individual guest WiFi network) to each individual listing listing. Additional information a Member user can relay about the venue(s) associated with a listing are guest demographics, WiFi usage counts, Ad Audience Interests, and more. Please see the support article, “Creating & Managing Listings for the Media Network” for further details on the ‘Listings Library’ tool.
  3. Viewing/Responding to Offers: When Advertisers of the Media Network send offers to a specific listing Member user have available on the Listings Library, they will need to be responded to by clicking the ‘View Offers’ button on each individual listing (via the Listing Library tool). Offers can either be Accepted, Rejected, or Counteroffered by a Member User. Please see the support article, “Managing Advertiser Offers as Member User” for further details on the ‘View Offers’ tool.
