Member-Level Dashboard: Adding Additional Users

Member Users of the Ads4WiFi Media Network have the option to add additional users to their specific Member-Level dashboard.
NOTICE: Additional Users for a Member-Level dashboard will have access to all tool/features of the original Member user, i.e.:

  • Ability to add/import/manage Hotspots
  • Create/Edit/Withdraw Listings
  • View/Manage Offers from Advertisers
  • Add/Edit Additional Users

To add an additional user, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the tab ‘Member Settings’ on the left-hand-side menu
  2. Click on the sub-tab ‘Member Users’
  3. Click on ‘Add Member User’ on the right side of the table
  4. Fill out the required fields for the new Member user
    – Name: Name of the new user
    – Email: Enter email that new user will use during sign in
    – Email Notification Status: Set the status to ‘Subscribed’ if new user wants to receive email notifications from the Media Network, set status to ‘Unsubscribed’ if not
    – Password: Enter a password for new user to use during sign in
    – Confirm Password: Confirm the password new user will use during sign in
    – NOTICE: Member users can change their password by clicking on the ‘Forgot pwd?’ option on the login page: dashboard.ads4wifi.com/login. Password reset email will be sent to email associated with Member user
  5. Click ‘Submit’ to add new Member user

To delete a user from your Member-Level dashboard, locate the ‘Member User List’ table found on the ‘Member Users’ sub-tab and clicking ‘delete’ on any users you want to remove.
